Seller verification, step by step

Every seller is verified before they can list anything. It protects buyers and keeps banned scammers out.

1. Your details: full name, mobile number and full address.
2. A selfie: taken with your camera in the browser. No webcam? Scan the QR code to continue on your phone.
3. Your ID: photos of the front and back of your driving licence or government ID card.

Your browser will also ask to share your location. This is required to submit.

Tips for a quick approval

• Good light, no sunglasses or hat in the selfie.
• All four corners of the ID visible and the text readable.
• The name on the ID matches the name you entered.

If something needs fixing, we'll tell you what and you can submit again. Your documents are stored privately and only our verification team can see them.
