Messaging a seller before you buy
Ask questions safely through the built-in chat.
Every offer page has a button to message the seller. Use it to ask about the account before buying, for example the match history or which items are in the inventory.
- Keep every conversation on ibis.games. Our team can only help with what happened here.
- Messages containing Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype, email or phone details are blocked automatically, including disguised versions.
- Never pay a seller outside the site. Anyone asking you to is trying to avoid buyer protection. Please report them.
