My payment isn't showing

Crypto payments need confirmations on the blockchain. Usually that takes a few minutes, but a busy network can take longer.

Check these first

• Look up your transaction in your wallet or a blockchain explorer. Is it confirmed?
• Did you send the exact amount? Exchange withdrawal fees can make the amount that arrives smaller.
• Did you use the same network shown on the payment page?
