Why was my order cancelled?
Orders that are not paid in time are released again.
When you place an order, the account is reserved for you. If the payment doesn't arrive within 3 hours, the order is cancelled automatically so other buyers can purchase the account.
Want it again? Simply place a new order if the offer is still available.
Already sent crypto for a cancelled order? Open a support ticket with the order number and transaction ID and we'll sort it out.
